In this Volume 4.1. 1st Phase of the Football High Performance process –FHP-: "KNOW WHAT TO DO":

  • We will correct, improve and/or enhance the remaining aspects of each player at the end of the formative process.
  • We will adapt players to the realm of performance.
  • We will develop the right character and/or rhythm for the competition.
  • We will determine each player's characteristics to achieve their specialization in a given demarcation.

To this end, the technical team will design and establish in the programming, for development in training and competition, the following protocols:

  • The Previous Universal Fundamentals.
  • The System Movements.
  • The specific "Roadmap" for each demarcation.
  • Basic Game Forms for the team in attack and defense.
  • The objectives relating to areas of expertise.

We consider High Performance as the process that allows to train and prepare the player in the medium and long term, to develop their activity in the game of football (both individually and collectively) in a process of Maximum Performance:

  • Acquisition of efficiency and efficiency factors for an optimal manifestation of your game.

It is therefore the necessary step between the "Training" process and participation in the "Maximum Performance".

The ARF Process contemplates (logically with a time limitation) the possible incorporation over the course of the five phases, of the different aspects and levels established for training (in addition to those of this process) that will be necessary for the player to:

  • Recover.
  • Update.
  • Optimize your game.
  • Achieve a high level of efficiency and efficiency.

We consider that most entities that have a properly structured base football, combine the characteristics to develop such a process. Obviously, more media and more talent selection skills are likely - if the work programme is right - they will get more results. However, as we know, in most cases quantity is not always synonymous with quality.
