When the ball is to be centered, players participating in the attack must occupy the spaces described in the game situation graph.

The occupation of these spaces will take place "consecutively"; that is, the player closest to the ball will occupy the finishing space closest to the ball (first suit), and so on (see considerations).

If one of the two power plants joined the attack it must occupy the area between the front of the area and the penalty point (depending on the placement of the teammates). In this area it will finish first, make a change of orientation, or delay the ball to reorient the completion.

In some cases, when we have players specialized in some kind of finisher, the player must occupy the most appropriate position to finish with this type of finisher. In these cases we will establish the appropriate movements for the proper distribution and occupation of the spaces.

When playing with specialist tips, you can give this player freedom of movement within the finishing area, respecting the rest of the players the occupation of the different zones.

Considerations

Any action within the end zone carries maximum difficulty, due to:

  • The lack of spaces to play the ball.
  • The numerical superiority of the opposite.
  • The difficulty of introducing the ball into the dimensions of the goal, which is also defended by a specialist, which forces the game to develop with a high level of speed and pace of execution.

The finishing spaces may also be occupied as determined by the coach (who, depending on the characteristics presented by the players, may have awarded them their own space), or depending on the improvisation of a player with a high level of talent.

In the event that contact with the ball occurs outside the finishing area and before the first stick, a touch of extension must be made.

In the event that the area of the first suit is occupied by an attacker, the attacker must abandon it by addressing:

  • Towards the holder, if the holder cannot perform the center.
  • Towards the 2nd stick, if you plan to make the center.

In this situation of completion, three phases will be manifested in the actions of the players entering the finisher:

  • Occupation of the area from which the player will start their movement (exit zone).
  • Offset to "deception" area, "drag".
  • Arrival at the finishing area.
