Remember that the player should not "be" in the area, marked, waiting for the ball, but must join it at the appropriate time ("APPEAR").

  • Previously he will have made the right trips to unbalance, deceive, surprise and anticipate the defender.

Players will arrive in the finishing area to contact the ball in the race. Otherwise (they do not get to contact the ball) they will never stop their movement or attempt the forced finisher, but will continue their movement by dragging to their marker to leave a space free.

Considerations

Any action within the end zone carries maximum difficulty, due to:

  • The lack of spaces to play the ball.
  • The numerical superiority of the opposite.
  • The difficulty of introducing the ball into the dimensions of the goal, which is also defended by a specialist, which forces the game to develop with a high level of speed and pace of execution.

Tip mobility will result in:

  • If defenses mark man: the constant creation of free spaces.
  • If defenses score by zones: anticipation of defensive action.

Whatever space the ball reaches, an attacker must arrive/appear in the race and with an advantage.

It is extremely important to start the displacement to occupy the finishing spaces at the right time, performing a pretend of deception, even previously occupying an area different from the one you will end up occupying (especially in the case of the strikers.) The player must "arrive" in the finishing space and not "be" in it.

In the event that the area of the first suit is occupied by an attacker, the attacker must abandon it by addressing:

  • Towards the holder, if the holder cannot perform the center.
  • Towards the 2nd stick, if you plan to make the center.

In this situation of completion, three phases will be manifested in the actions of the players entering the finisher:

  • Occupation of the area from which the player will start their movement (exit zone).
  • Offset to "deception" area, "drag".
  • Arrival at the finishing area.
