• Players in the CENTRAL Lane must be positioned so that they are equidistant from the raid lines.
  • Constantly keep one of the middle and central media (in the event that you play more than one), located vertically between the two goalposts, and placed equidistantly in relation to your linemates located in the bands.
  • Players located on the side lanes must continuously show amplitude (15-20 m.) relative to their central lane companions.

Considerations

The correct manifestation of amplitude (15-20 m) allows us to:

  • Make it difficult to mark the opposite in 2:2 situations:
    • Creating 1:1 situations, or
    • Leaving a partner unchecked.
  • Have enough space and time to play the ball effectively upon receipt.
  • Prevent a single opposite from dialing two teammates at once.
  • Facilitate orientation changes.
