Action composed of individual and/or collective evolutions that take place in a short space of time, usually unforeseen (although actions must be established and predicted strategically) when the attacking team loses the ball, which continues to be in play but controlled by an opposing player.

In this case we will work on the above in the defensive sub-phase -1- to avoid effective control of the ball on the contrary, a quick attack or a counterattack, and at best recover the ball.

If the ball is lost during the game in our starting area, the arrangement of players who are not in the orientation of the game – sub-phase 0- (and those who perform emergency support) must solve the problem avoiding the fast and effective game of the opposite (intense pressure, retreat to our goal, tactical lack,...).

If the ball is lost in a direct goalkeeper or goalkeekick, it will be what is planned in the strategy that will allow us to neutralize the situation and subsequent recovery of the ball.
